Times we are open
We’re open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
Order cut-off times
- In-county: Order before 9:00 PM to receive same-day.
- Out-of-county: Cut-off is 3:00 PM (we leave at that time to deliver).
- Out-of-town (Carlton, Wedgeport, Melbourne): Delivery is at the driver’s discretion. Please don’t wait until the last 5 minutes to order.
Types of payments
Pay cash on delivery or by e-transfer.
Faulty or bad items
We’ll 100% replace any faulty device. If your product has an issue, we’ll take the bag back and get you a new one.
Out of stock items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll bump you up to the next available strain at no extra cost approved by you first.
Delivery
We’ll text when we’re on the way with a rough ETA. It will never be over 2 hours unless we have to run out of town.
Restock
We restock every Monday with fresh products. Emails go out with new additions and the week’s promos.
Age & ID
Deliveries are 19+.If we think you are underage valid government photo ID is required.
Minimum orders
A minimum order applies. The threshold and any delivery fee are shown at checkout.
Discreet packaging
All orders are delivered in plain, discreet packaging.
Order changes & cancellations
Message Live Chat before the driver departs to change or cancel.
Missed delivery
If we can’t reach you at the door, we’ll attempt to reschedule.
Substitution policy
If an item is out of stock, we will always reach out first to confirm options. When possible, we’ll upgrade to the next best strain at no extra cost—only with your approval.
